Shipping & Other Policies
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Weekends and national holidays may delay your order from being shipped out.
Shipping time within the US typically takes 3 to 10 business days. However it can take longer due to various factors outside of our control and during the holiday seasons. If after 10 business days your order has not arrived, please email us at email@example.com and we will try to help resolve the issue or send out a replacement.
International shipping can take between 10 to 21 business days. (Currently due to COVID-19, some deliveries are taking as long as a month due to reduced air traffic around the world).
All sales are final
We do not accept return. If there is a mistake in your shipment please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right quickly!
If there is damage from shipping, please also contact us and we will work it out. Please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order of the damage and of the packaging.
Orders can be cancelled or amended before they are shipped out. Once they are shipped out no changes can be made.
Enamel pin quality
Because of the manufacturing process. The finish and color of the enamel pins may be inconsistent with the photos. Unless there is a clear and obvious defect, we will not process exchanges. Please do reach out if you have any concerns about the enamel pin you received and we can discuss the issues.
Missing package after it has been "delivered"
If your shipment has been marked "delivered" by the tracking but it is missing, I offer replacement "at cost" + shipping.
